With many Apple Devices, Safari will default to a setting called "Request Desktop Site On: All Sites". If your IPad is showing the desktop version, you must do the following:
1. Open Settings
2. Click Safari
3. Disable the Toggle that says: "All Websites"
4. Reopen the Site
